Final Cityscape Concept Drawing

Here is a final concept drawing for our cityscape, this image gives a good feel for the look we would like produce, with neon lights shining through polluted fog. 

I used numerous layers together with texturing and glow effects, the lower city was created with an alpha of New York with obvious details changed. I then used an overlay to create the mist and adjusted the opacity. Everything is hand drawn on a Wacom tablet apart from the geisha image which is highly edited and the kanji billboard which is created with brushes
