First shot: Rooftop scene

Here I've started to model the rooftop for our initial shot, at this point I have my geometry pretty much finalised, so I started to UV unwrap elements for texturing.

You can see here I have my texturing to a reasonable level, the floor texture is not finished and I will probably tweak the other textures later.

The matte is just set as an environment map at this point and is not a full set extension. However the neon texture is as I would like it, and this will be used extensively throughout the piece.
